Spotless, small hotel, I liked new-fashioned and immaculate rooms and very amiable staff. The property's location was perfect and exceptionally nice, to the outlet on the alarm clock. Also, it was within walking distance of Metromover.

i liked convenient placing of tv, a microwave oven, and a fridge in the a double room. it had perfect and convenient location adjacent to a lake close to miami airport and airport and downtown.

The room was modern with a comfortable bed and a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets in the bathroom. We thoroughly enjoyed spectacular views. The location in the middle of jackson was comfortable for us.

Location: the hotel was just off the outlet, airport and downtown and a lake close to Miami airport. The service was excellent, totally satisfied.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a great variety of food. the location was perfect, especially for late-night arrival. The shuttle to and from the airport was a big plus, making transportation much easier.

There were some downsides. It was difficult to obtain information about the shuttle service before our stay.

The staff's communication was poor, and we were kept waiting for our room for an extended period. The noise from the elevator was disruptive, and the hotel's bar menu left much to be desired.

Staying here for overnight stay was fine, totally recommendable. The hotel was a cozy base for enjoying a great area, just next door to the airport shuttle, restaurants, and a lake close to Miami airport. Our a double room was immaculate with the ac unit and the shower, as example as advertised. A microwave, coffee/tea making equipment and a refrigerator were available too.

Tru By Hilton Miami Airport South Blue Lagoon, Fl has become my go-to spot in Miami. The helpful staff found my lost barrette on my first stay, and I've been hooked since. With free Wi-Fi, an outdoor pool, and a restaurant, it's perfect for my romantic escapes.

We had a fantastic stay at Tru By Hilton. The staff went above and beyond to assist us when we had an issue with our room's power. They offered to move us to another room, but since we were leaving the next morning, they provided a discount instead. The breakfast area was nice and the hotel was conveniently located. I highly recommend this hotel.

The views and beds were nice. The room was clean and had a microwave. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the morning staff and airport driver. The free breakfast was delicious, as recommended by another guest. There was an issue with the reservation, but it was resolved. The bath products in the bathroom were excellent.
